Want to know more details on how the integration works? User/Staff Sync The user sync creates and updates users in Deputy based on user profiles created or edited in ROLLER - The user sync occurs daily at 7am EST. - Users that are created in ROLLER will appear in Deputy - Users deleted in ROLLER are archived in Deputy ​- Schedule: A default location name is assigned to each Deputy user’s schedule field during user creation. The schedule field is not altered during updates to retain any manual options added later. - Please ensure enough available seats in your Deputy account to match all ROLLER users. ​ Sales Data sync The ROLLER Sales Data sync updates the previous day’s sales amount by day and by Schedule in Deputy based on sales data captured in ROLLER. - The sales data sync occurs daily at 3am EST. - Total gross sales for that day are sync - Historical sales of up to 12 months can be sync (upon request)
